Ty Myers has been on the road since June. Fort Worth is the last stop. The venue’s own announcement describes this as the final date of a 33-date run, and the official tour listing puts Nov 21 at Dickies Arena at the bottom of the page with nothing after it.

That is worth knowing when you buy. Closing nights tend to run long and loose. There is no next city to travel to.

Ty Myers in Fort Worth: the short version

The Ty Myers Fort Worth date is Saturday, November 21, 2026. Doors 6:30 PM, show 7:30 PM Central. Lanie Gardner and Benny G open, so the headline set starts well after 7:30.

Dickies Arena holds up to 14,000 for concerts. Bags must fit 12 by 6 by 12 inches and do not need to be clear. There is no re-entry. Ticketmaster is the only authorized seller.

And the thing locals will tell you first: think about your exit before you park.

The Saturday and Friday problem

The venue’s event page contradicts itself. One sentence says “Friday, November 21, 2026.” Another, further down, says “Saturday, November 21.”

November 21, 2026 is a Saturday. A calendar settles it, and both Ticketmaster and the artist’s own tour page agree on the date itself.

This is a small error and it changes nothing about when to show up. It is on the page because a fan who reads “Friday” on the official site and books a Friday night off work has lost a day for no reason. If a first-party source disagrees with itself, an independently checkable fact like a day of the week beats both halves.

Parking: what it costs

The venue will not publish a price. It says the cost depends on the event, and that is true rather than evasive.

Fans reporting what they actually paid at recent shows describe a range of roughly $20 to $45. The figure that recurs most for concerts is $30 to $35. One fan paid $20 for Billy Strings, another $40 for Pearl Jam, another $35 the night of a Ben Rector show.

Budget $35 and you will rarely be surprised. You can pay by cash or card at any lot, and you can also pre-buy through Ticketmaster, which the venue names as the outlet for parking as well as tickets.

One timing detail that catches people: lots open three and a half hours before show start time. For a 7:30 PM start that is 4:00 PM, not lunchtime.

Getting out: the one thing worth planning

Every venue has a parking section. At this one it is the most useful part of the page, because the complaint is specific, repeated and fixable.

Local regulars describe getting in as usually fine and getting out as the problem. The accounts are consistent enough to act on. One fan who has been to three shows said the surface lot was slow to clear every time. Another described a line that did not move for 20 to 30 minutes.

The fix that repeat visitors keep naming is not “arrive early.” It is where you park:

• Surface lot, parked toward the back, pointing at the exit. Multiple regulars describe doing this specifically and leaving without trouble. One put it as parking “in the back of the yellow lot for a quick escape.”
• The garage is the comfortable arrival and the risky departure. It connects by a pedestrian bridge on level three, so it is steps from the South entrance and excellent in November weather. But the hour-long horror stories cluster there.

The garage reports genuinely conflict. One fan called it “the smoothest exit from a concert I’ve ever experienced” and another was out in about ten minutes. A third waited nearly an hour. Both things are true on different nights, which is why this is framed as a trade-off rather than a verdict.

The 90-minute night, and why it probably does not apply

The worst account on record deserves context, because quoting it without the context would be alarmist.

In June 2026 a comedy show at this venue had a 3:00 PM performance and a 7:00 PM performance on the same day. The afternoon crowd was leaving while the evening crowd arrived. Fans reported 90 minutes to get from a nearby street into a parking space. One person left at 6:00 PM from Arlington and walked in at 7:40. Another gave up entirely and drove home. A staff member on the ground told a fan the garage and the backup lot had both filled completely, which he had never seen.

The show started an hour late.

Ty Myers has one performance on Nov 21. The specific mechanism that broke that evening, two audiences swapping places, is not present. Several fans in the same discussion said parking on ordinary single-show nights has been fine across dozens of visits, and one noted that a concert a few days later was “much better.”

So: not a reason to panic. A reason to park pointing at the exit.

Rideshare, and the surge trap

Rideshare pickup and drop-off is in the Rideshare Lot at Harley Avenue and Montgomery Street, on the northwest corner. Note that this moves to Dickies Way during the Stock Show and Rodeo, which is not this event.

Plenty of locals say Uber in and out is the easy answer here, and it does remove the exit problem. Two honest caveats from fans who did it:

• Surge after a show is real. One reported a $25 ride becoming $110.
• The pickup lane is narrow and busy at closing time.

The workaround locals name is to walk a few blocks before requesting the car.

Free street parking is mostly gone

This used to be a tip. It has aged badly, so it is here as a correction rather than an omission.

Locals report that most streets in the surrounding neighborhood now require residential permits. The venue’s guidance is that there is nowhere within walking distance where you are not risking a tow. Some fans do still park further out and walk, and one described walking three quarters of a mile from near Railhead rather than pay $35. That is a legitimate choice if you read every sign, and a bad gamble if you do not.

Bags: looser than you might expect

The size limit is 12 by 6 by 12 inches. Inside that, the venue explicitly allows a clear tote, a small purse, a small fashion backpack, a small clutch, plastic storage bags and drawstring bags.

Note what is not required: a clear bag. Several venues on this tour restrict you to a clear tote or a tiny clutch and nothing else. Here a normal small purse is fine. Clear bags are only encouraged, because they move faster through security.

Over the limit and it will not come in: backpacks, oversized purses and totes, luggage, messenger and laptop bags, duffel bags, coolers.

Things that surprise people at the door

Two rules catch out more people than the bag policy.

No re-entry. Once you are in, you are in. Anything you left in the car stays in the car.

No laptops or tablets. Not restricted, not checked, simply not permitted inside. If you are coming from work, plan for that.

Also worth knowing: no sealed bottles, even unopened. Small collapsible umbrellas are allowed if they fit under your seat, but golf and non-foldable umbrellas are not. Signs must be no bigger than 11 by 17 inches and cannot be on a stick.

Everyone walks through a magnetometer, and the venue says it may refuse entry to anyone who declines to be searched.

Where to sit

The local consensus is unusually kind: a small arena, good sound, very few bad seats. Fans who have sat “all over” the building say the same thing, and one called the acoustics the best of any venue that size they had been in.

Two specific complaints do repeat, and both are about position rather than distance.

Aisle sightlines. If your seat looks out over an aisle or walkway, expect people crossing your view all night on the way to restrooms and concessions.

Standing in the 100 level. More than one regular warns that in the lower bowl you will likely be on your feet the entire show, because everyone in front of you is. The same fans describe the 200 level as calmer for exactly that reason. One with twelve-plus shows there named sections 211 to 213 as a personal favorite, floor seats aside.

That is a genuinely useful inversion. If standing for two hours is a problem, further back may suit you better than closer in. Fans do also mention the 200 level stairs are steep.

Is the floor standing?

Check before you buy, and do not assume.

The venue states that general admission is decided per event and published on the event listing once settled. Some concerts there have run a standing, first-come floor. Fans planning for one have described arriving five hours early, and one local said the venue sometimes opens the queue as early as 8:30 AM.

If that is your plan, note the collision: the lots do not open until 4:00 PM for a 7:30 PM show. Queueing early and parking are two separate logistics problems.

The venue itself

Dickies Arena opened as the result of a 2014 public vote and is owned by the City of Fort Worth, run by a not-for-profit operator. It sits beside the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus at 1911 Montgomery Street.

Concert capacity is listed at up to 14,000, and that is the number to keep in mind if you are comparing the Ty Myers Dickies Arena date with the smaller rooms earlier on this tour. It is worth reading as a ceiling rather than a fixed figure. The architects who designed the bowl describe 14,000 as the center-stage concert figure, with the flexible three-level bowl dropping to 9,000 for rodeo. An end-stage tour setup will seat fewer than 14,000.

The building’s track record is measurable rather than a matter of opinion. Pollstar ranked it first in tickets sold for 2025 among venues in the 10,001 to 15,000 seat band. That says nothing about how long you will wait in the garage, but it does mean the room is busy and used to shows at this scale.

Accessibility

This venue publishes more accessibility detail than most on this tour.

Accessible parking is available in all lots on a first-come basis, at normal event rates. Complimentary golf cart shuttles run from the ADA spaces along Trail Drive and drop near the Circle Stairs by an elevator, operating one hour before doors and one hour after the show. Limited-mobility drop-off and pickup is on the west side of the arena off Dickies Way.

Inside, assisted listening headsets are free at Guest Services by section 117 with ID as a deposit. Aira is free in the building for blind and low-vision guests. Wheelchair escorts are complimentary but do not extend to the parking lots, which is why the drop-off and shuttle options matter. Accessible seating exists on every level, and one accessible seat may be bought with up to three companion seats.

Hearing impaired services need at least two weeks’ notice.
